Health funds
We are set up for instant HICAPS rebates, so you pay only the gap on the day. Funds our patients commonly claim with include Medicare, Bupa, nib, HBF, Australian Unity and HCF, among others. Bring your fund card to your appointment.
Rebates and what to expect
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with a chiropractor; no GP referral is needed for a standard appointment.
How does the health fund rebate work?
If you have private extras cover for chiropractic, we swipe your fund card through HICAPS at the end of the appointment and you pay only the difference. No paperwork, no waiting for a refund.
What does an initial consultation include?
A full history, a physical examination, an explanation of what we find, and a treatment plan built around you. It is a longer appointment than a standard treatment, which is why it is priced separately.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. We will give you an honest estimate after your assessment, and we treat the cause so you are not coming back forever.
Can children and pensioners be seen?
Yes. Concession pricing applies to under 18s, pensioners and Health Care Card holders.
