How we treat

We match the technique to the problem

We start by understanding the cause, then match the technique to the problem. Our care includes:

  • Joint adjustments – traditional chiropractic adjustments.
  • Soft-tissue therapy – dry needling and acupuncture, the Graston technique (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation, IASTM), deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy.
  • Kinesio taping – support and offloading for injured or overworked tissue.
  • Exercise therapy – movement and rehab so the relief lasts.
  • Biomechanical and ergonomic education – practical changes to your work and daily setup.
  • Nutritional advice – supporting recovery and joint health.
  • X-ray referral – bulk-billed where appropriate.
Your first visit

What to expect

Your initial consultation is a proper assessment, not a quick crack. We take your history, examine you, explain what we find, and agree a treatment plan that suits your life. You will know the cost up front and we process your health fund rebate on the spot.

Will I get treated on the first visit?

In most cases, yes. After the assessment we will explain what we find and, where it is appropriate, begin treatment in the same appointment. The initial consultation is a longer appointment for exactly this reason.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly with a chiropractor; no GP referral is needed for a standard appointment.

What should I bring?

Bring your private health fund card so we can process your rebate on the spot, and any recent scans or imaging if you have them. Wear comfortable clothing.
